Personalised reports are digital products delivered electronically. By purchasing a report, you acknowledge that the product is delivered immediately or shortly after payment and digital products may not be refundable once delivered. You waive any statutory “cooling-off” period where permitted by law.

We use third-party providers including Stripe and hosting services. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, external website content, or payment processor errors beyond our control.
